Purchases made on Hong Kong Canines online pet shop can be returned to us at unit 1506, Harbour Industrial Centre, 10 Lee Hing Street, Ap Lei Chau.
To ensure a smooth process kindly note the following:
- All returns or exchanges must take place within 30 days of purchase.
- Please provide a copy of your receipt and please note that items must be unopened, unused, have all the original packaging, and be in good resalable condition.
- Due to hygiene standards we cannot accept any returns or exchanges of food, treats or supplements.
- Refunds will be in form of online store credits.
